"After our house fire State farm did all they could to not pay out on our lost items. They said they would find us a place to stay, they said a lot of things that were straight up lies. I stayed with the company because I have been insured with state farm for 20+ years for my rates to continue to go up. I have paid thousands into this company for them to absolutely not care when we were at worst time. This company profited 104$ billion dollar in 2023. I switched and I am spending less than half of what I was."

Unfortunately, I cannot research your claim issue as it occurred in 2022, about 2 years prior to me taking over the Silverton Agency. I am a small business owner serving the local community and only have access to customer records since I took over the agency. Additionally, since it is public record and can be found in a Google search, State Farm reported a net loss of $6.3 billion in 2023. I am happy you found insurance that fits your needs. "Like a lot of people, I’ve been shocked to see how much my insurance rates had risen. When I heard my friend Larry had expanded his business in Oregon to also include Washington and Idaho, I jumped at the chance to get a quote. The carefully detailed quote surprised me. It provides more coverage and the savings were literally hundreds of dollars. It wasn't a hassle to switch insurance companies. Larry made it extremely easy and painless. He also provided information to apply for a State Farm Credit Card which has a lot of perks. I warmly recommend Larry and his State Farm team in the historic downtown of Silverton, Oregon.
