ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lawrence Biggerstaff - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. This specific role will be focused on sales, calling leads, and generating new business for the agency. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active License in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
