ABOUT OUR AGENCYI became a State Farm agent in 2023, taking over an office that has proudly served the community for more than 35 years. I currently have a team of four, and together we’re focused on building strong relationships with our customers while maintaining a fun, community-oriented environment.Before opening my agency, I spent 30 years in retail operations, which gave me valuable experience in leadership, customer service, and business management. I was drawn to State Farm for the opportunity to be an entrepreneur—to build my own culture, lead a team, and serve my community in a meaningful way.I’m a proud graduate of Western Michigan University, where I earned both my undergraduate degree and MBA. I love the city of Silverton and am deeply invested in its growth and success. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lawrence Biggerstaff - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $68,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
